A:Bueno, hace tres años que estoy trabajando en la misma compañía. Me ascendieron a gerente de mercado tecnia hace siete 7 meses.
Pero la compañía es muy pequeña y no veo posibilidades de ascender.

A：Okay. I have worked in the company for three years. I was promoted being a manager of marketing 7 months ago. But the company is small and there are not any chance to get promoted.
